180 grams of bitter chocolate (in bar, broken up)
45 grams butter (in small pieces)
1 egg
¼ of a cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
30 grams of flour
60 grams of almonds (sliced)

Preparation of Recipe
1. In a double boiler pot put 125 grams of the chocolate, and all the butter to melt it down, stir it for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate and butter makes a smooth mixture.

40 gr flour

230 gr brown sugar
2 eggs
75 gr of toasted almonds
Processing:
1. Preheat the oven 180c butter the pan with oil or butter cover the pan with wax paper.

Preparation

Preparation

3. Pour the eggs and a pinch of salt add flour and pecans pour the batter unto the pan, baked for 25 minutes, let it cool down completely.
Frosting preparation
1. Beat the butter and glazed sugar add diluted coffee until obtaining a creamy substance, add water if necessary.
2. Decorated the brownies with the frosting. Cut in small pieces and let it cool down in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Served with hot a cup a coffee.
